Cuatro de Kilo is now on my list for the best burgers in town and quiet possibly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. 
The largest burger selling chain from Mexico is here and it’s definitely a Fiesta para la Bestia - a feast for a beast! 
Between the smokiness from being prepared in a mesquite charcoal spinning Gira-grill and the big flavor seasoning, I loved every bite of my half-pound big burger. Make sure to order the Chile Guero - a cheese stuffed pepper and add on some of their lemon-peppered season fries with their 3 dips. You’ll want to dip everything in that Bestia sauce! Stop by @cuartodekilousa in Helotes right on Bandera rd to try the flavors. 
If you’re up for it, try the Beastia Challenge. Devour two burgers and be recognized with your photo up on the wall. 
Secret tip: Ask for the the off-menu Beastia Burger…definitely my favorite.
