## Caption

Meet Freda, my 84-year-old gym friend who serves to be an inspiration for us all!  Freda works out several days a week and next week will be biking 260 miles across the state of Florida over four days. She said she's near the back of the pack but what a leader she truly is! 

Her advice to everyone after quitting smoking at age 36 and running four @chimarathon ? "Never stop moving! Never settle ... and keep going!" 

Freda was tickled that I asked for her words of wisdom. I'd love to share some comments with her if you've been inspired at all by her journey. 💗
