As much as my family loves the water, I’m also keenly aware of the risks associated with the glory of Mother Nature. #ad A recent boating certification reminded me of four facts every parent needs to remember…

1️⃣ Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death in young children. 

2️⃣ If you can pull a child’s life vest up to their ears, it is too big. 

3️⃣ A child can drown in 20 seconds, the time it takes to post a comment on social media.
