It all started at 15, side-by-side with his father in the kitchen — where he learned that great food begins with hard work and heart. From washing dishes and bussing tables to making pizzas right here at Olivet, Chef Jeremy slowly built his way up — head cook, supervisor, production manager, and today, Executive Chef. 🏅

After years of dedication (and a few thousand sauces later 🥣), being named Executive Chef stands as one of his proudest moments — a full-circle chapter in his journey. His love for soups and sauces runs deep, believing that “a great sauce can transform a meal.” And his timeless tip for any aspiring chef? Mise en place — “everything in its place.” Because preparation, just like passion, is everything. 🌟
