Former Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler was arrested on DUI and other charges last October. Now, one year later, police have released bodycam video of Cutler's arrest in Tennessee.

According to police, the other driver involved says Cutler rear-ended him, offered him money to avoid calling police, and attempted to flee the scene of the crash.
