A lot of people ask how I got to this place mentally. Truth is, it was a journey. A long one. A hard one.

I had to unlearn a lot.
Figure out who I was.
Who I didn’t want to be.
And start making choices that brought me closer to peace.

There’s no quick fix. No magic routine.
Just daily intention.
Stillness.
And showing up for myself...on the days it’s easy, and especially on the days it’s not.

Your inner voice can either drown you or drive you.
I choose to make it my anchor.
