Meet Dito 🧑‍🌾, a young dairy farmer from the Sujani family in Indonesia. After graduating in Animal Science, he recognized the lucrative potential of dairy farming. 🐄 

Through the Nestlé Dairy Climate Plan, Dito implemented regenerative farming practices in his family farms, including a tunnel ventilation barn and optimized cow nutrition. These efforts aim to improve animal health and benefit the planet. 

#NestléNeedsYOUth is an initiative to help young people gain access to economic opportunities through employment and employability, agripreneurship, and entrepreneurship.
