Disaster Coordinator for St Ann, Alvin Clarke, says there have been no reports of deaths or casualties in Cave Valley, which is currently experiencing flooding.

Clarke noted that residents may have already evacuated the area, which is known to be flood-prone.

“Cave Valley is prone to similar events, so the community members are more proactive than most,” he told the Jamaica Observer.
