The man killed in a mass shooting at Lincoln University has been identified as 25-year-old Jujuan Jeffers of Wilmington, Del., who was shot in the head. 

Chester County District Attorney Christopher de Barrena-Sarobe also said that one person is in custody after allegedly being found with a gun not far from the shooting, but tests are still being done to see if the gun found matches the one used in the shooting as of Sunday evening. #chestercounty #chestercountypa #lincolnuniversity #lincolnuniversitypa #massshooting #pennsylvania
