TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK

Kicking off this week with these cool kids! On Friday, more happy grads received their certificate from our Employment Readiness and Working Smart two-week program.

⬅️ During our brand-building class, participants completed a ‘Help Wanted’ ad to advertise their own business! This was the winning poster. Not only was this individual the most creative, they also plan to be a second chance employer! 

⬅️ Our LifeWorks! Program Director, Sherina, says, “The individuals in this group advocated for one another and supported each other during the duration of the two weeks. It was truly amazing to see. The best way to sum it up is that teamwork makes the dream work.” 

Class participants will begin working with our Job Developer this week to secure employment. 

REMINDER: We are pausing workshops for the month of February. We will pick back up in March. Class dates are: Monday, March 6 and Monday, March 20. You can RESERVE your space at 704-374-0762, or drop by the Goodwill Opportunity Campus and ask for the Center for Community Transitions (CCT). Classes are FREE!
