You had us at breakfast tacos! 🌮 Jubilee L.A. got off to a great start thanks to homestate, the pop-up turned SoCal eatery known for its Texas-style tacos. Guests got to try two of HomeState’s classics: the Trinity—a flour tortilla filled with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and cheddar—and the Brazos, a flavorful combo of black beans and avocado on a corn tortilla. 

Founded in 2013 by Briana Valdez, HomeState has expanded across Southern California , fulfilling helloitsbreezy’s mission to share her Mexican and Texan roots through warm hospitality and great food. Fun fact: her mom was her first investor, contributing $5k from her retirement savings to help bring Briana’s dream to life.

Today, HomeState is a true SoCal. favorite, celebrated for its all-day breakfast tacos, queso, brisket, homemade flour tortillas, and more. If you’re in the area, stop by one of their locations and tell them Cherry Bombe sent you! 💛
