Today marks one year since the most destructive floods in Spain's recent history.⁣

As we remember those who lost their lives, we also count the cost of the destruction and devastation caused to so many.⁣
⁣
We know that across the globe, these catastrophic flooding events are becoming more severe because of climate change.⁣

So the oil and gas corporations fueling climate change should be picking up the bill. ⁣
⁣
They have known for decades they were heating our climate, while making massive profits from ordinary bill-payers. And they continúe doing so! ⁣

Now we’re all paying the price with our homes and savings, livelihoods and lives.⁣
