I love them, they are my entire life but in order to be a happy mom I need to be a happy Erika too. And that involves a quick refresher and recharge! Which is why I make sure to literally schedule time out of my busy days for my self care moments. Whether that’s getting my nails and hair done, going out with my besties or simply a nice long bath with my favorite BELOVED wash and lotions from Target. Sometimes, all I need is just a bit of peace and quiet to recharge my mom batteries. Can you mamas relate?
