Where do I even begin? I want to thank each and everyone of you who purchased, shared, messaged me, encouraged me and supported me through our prettykind.co launch last week🤍the amount of love (and excitement!) was beautiful and I’m forever grateful. 

One of the questions I got the most was “what inspired you to create this brand?” And the honest truth is that I had been wanting to launch a brand that was my own for years, but I was never confident enough. I didn’t know what exactly I wanted it to be. Dave always suggested clothes but I didn’t want to just put something out to put something out. I knew it needed to have purpose to make me feel good.

So last year in 2020, i became really excited with the idea of cool sweatshirts with cool sayings and designs. It was during one of the most difficult and life changing years that it finally dawned on me: Pretty Kind. I wanted to design pieces that I would wear confidently and that anyone seeing me would be inspired by. Anyone reading it, would smile by. 

It took many trials and errors to land on the name Pretty Kind but I am so happy I decided to go with it, I love that it just rolls out the tongue and that it feels good when I say it. And I can only hope that you guys will wear my pieces proudly.  I hope that you feel the intention, the passion and the purpose and most importantly remember to stay KIND because there are so many of us going through things you may know nothing about.
