From this third time mama to you... 

It’s ok to hold your baby all day, you can’t spoil them by nurturing them. 

And it’s ok to let them sleep on you and with you! One you’ll miss their tiny bodies and the way they fit perfectly on you. 

It’s ok to love on them all day. I tell my kids I love them so much everyday, all day. 

And it’s ok to not have methods for everything and not get full of crazy rules and regulations. Do your best, whatever works best. 

It doesn’t matter if they are breast or bottle fed, just feed.

I’ve never been one to follow rules on motherhood. And my kids are still great listeners, well behaved and kind... but I’ve always held my babies, let them sleep on me and with me. I don’t do strict sleep routines or follow crying out methods. We don’t leave places because my child has to go to bed at 7pm... we live life. Our kids both have screen time and they both are equally as amazing. Babies + kids.. they adjust to happiness as long as they feel loved and safe - I love to just enjoy my children... because they are only little once. This is what works for our family.  So mama, it’s ok to hold them, love on them and let them sleep with you. Don’t feel guilty or like a bad mom if you don’t follow the mom crowd... do what’s best for your family. A baby is happiest when you are happy.
