## Caption

making the viral sausage potato soup ✨ this one is just as good as the baked potato and it makes SO much!!

recipe:
brown 1 package of sausage in 1tbsp olive oil, remove from hot pan
melt 2 tbsp butter and add in half yellow onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery stocks until onions brown and add in 3 cloves of garlic, 4 cups of chicken stock, and 4 chopped russet potatoes, let the potatoes get fork tender 
in a separate pan melt 4tbsp butter, add in 3tbsp powder, 2c milk, 1/2c heavy cream, 2 cups shredded cheddar until smooth. combine everything back into one pot and add in 2tbsp of sour cream
