At first I thought there was nothing better than pork belly burnt ends... then I thought there was nothing better after adding crispy chicharrón skin over the top… finally I tried finishing with a brûlée crunch OVER the crispy skin, and let’s just say it was mind blowing!

The @NinjaKitchenUS Ninja Crispi Pro Glass Air Fryer took it to another level. This recipe requires a large sized cooking area as well as both low & slow AND extremely high heat capabilities. I’ve always felt like air fryers lacked versatility but this one is a beast and handled every process perfectly. Honestly my favorite part is watching it cook through the glass!
