Hot Honey Steak Avocado Toast 🥑🥩

Recipe:

Pre petite sirloin steaks 
1/2 tbs butter 
1 tbs minced garlic 
1 tsp rosemary 
Salt + pepper the cutting board, then let the steak sit 

Sourdough toast 
Avocado 
Chili flakes 
Sea salt 
Low fat cottage cheese 
Boiled egg shredded on top 
Honey 

If you have actual hot honey no need for the chili flakes, but I just combined some spice with regular honey (:
