Light Weight of 4️⃣0️⃣5️⃣ Pounds on Level 4 Transformer Barbell Squats to 90 degrees last night - after finishing a test from 3-5pm and I had wrestling from 8:30am-11am.  This lift was around from 8pm to 11pm and this was towards the end of it. 🏎️💨💪👊
