## Caption

Considered one of, if not the most difficult treks in the Cusco region, Choquequirao is only accessible by foot. The average daily elevation gain/loss is 5000 ft. with a peak elevation of just over 10,000ft. 

The site itself is up to 3x bigger than Machu Picchu, and as much as 70% remains unearthed! Stay tuned for day 2, when we arrive to the site itself!
