Peru’s beauty is so powerful that it’s capable of moving me to tears. Andean villagers may lack our modern conveniences, but when you breathe the crisp mountain air and look out over the snow-covered peaks, that world doesn’t seem so important anymore. You may even be blessed enough to spot a bird soaring above the mountains. As soon as you witness a scene like that, you know your life has been changed forever.
