My girlie knew I’d have trouble hearing her if she dressed up as a ghost this Halloween 👻 - so get this: SHE asked to wear my remote mic under her costume so I could hear her better! 🥹

It’s moments like these that remind me how much our kids absorb from what they see - they’re growing up knowing that communication takes teamwork, creativity, and care.

Now if only I could lipread through my husband’s vampire fangs… 🧛😂

I love that my kids get to grow up in a DHH family - where inclusion isn’t a lesson, it’s a way of life. Watching them naturally advocate and adapt at such a young age makes my heart so full. 🥰
