Tomorrow marks the annual New York City Marathon which is a marquee race in the long distance running world. 

It's reported that over 55,000 runners have signed up for the historic race through the city's five boroughs with the finish line set inside of Manhattan's Central Park. 

The 26.2 mile race gets underway at 8:00am EST.
