Save this one — these Bacon wrapped shrimp-stuffed jalapeño poppers are officially in my TOP 3 so far. 
Easy, flavorful, cheesy, spicy… the shrimp + bacon combo?? Chefs kiss. 🌶🧀🍤

Pro tip: par-bake the bacon about 10 minutes first so it crisps up perfectly without overcooking the shrimp and peppers. And sear the shrimp briefly — they finish in the oven and stay juicy + tender. Trust. 

Ingredients
• Shrimp (rinse) 
• Evoo
• Salt & pepper
• Cream cheese, softened
• Sharp cheddar, grated
• garlic, minced
• Jalapeños, halved & deseeded
• Bacon

Steps
1️⃣ Par-bake bacon at 375- 10 ish minutes
2️⃣ Sear shrimp 2–3 mins (don’t fully cook) & peel 
3️⃣ Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, lime juice, and seasoning 
4️⃣ Fill jalapeños w/ cheese mix, top w/ shrimp
5️⃣ Oven 425- wrap poppers
6️⃣ Bake till bubbly + crisp
