From tree to table 🌿 I got to see how Cobram Estate makes their 100% California extra-virgin olive oil — from harvest, to milling, to bottling — all in one place. 🇺🇸
What surprised me most? For a brand this incredible, the whole operation is small, hands-on, and full of care. They harvest their olives while they’re still green for max flavor and polyphenols — and it takes about 2,000 olives (two trees!) to make just one bottle. 🤯
Every drop tells a story of freshness, craftsmanship, and California sunshine. ☀️✨
