## Caption

Need this pairing at every holiday party, please and thank you.✨🍷

Cranberry Gin Sour:
- 1.5 oz. gin
- 2 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup

Fig & Brie Bites:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry cut into small squares
- 1 wheel of brie
- 1 jar of fig jam
- 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tbs. of water (egg wash for the crust)
- hot honey
- rosemary

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 425F and grease a mini muffin tray.

2. Press and mold one puff pastry square into each muffin.

3. Add a small scoop of fig jam and a small square of brie cheese.

4. Brush a small bit of your egg wash onto the dough of each bite for a golden pastry.

5. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to slightly cool once removed from the oven.

6. Garnish with hot honey & rosemary then serve!
