On the field and in the lab, Maya Giese gives it her all. 💙⚽🩺

As a sophomore in Creighton’s College of Nursing and vice president of women’s club soccer, she’s found that balance isn’t about choosing one passion over another. It’s about thriving in both.

“I’ve loved soccer since before I could walk,” Maya says. “After taking a year off to heal from an injury, I realized how much I missed it. Now I’m playing again, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.”

That same drive shows up in the classroom. “I’ve had so many professors who genuinely care about my success,” she says. “They push me to learn hands-on and give me confidence to grow.”
