I’ve been injured for a few months now and to be able to finally move this broken body of mine has put my life back in the right frequency. It’s been humbling and an absolute grind getting it back in performing shape. Still not there but what I realized is that I cannot live without it. I’ve been broken and depressed, and now moving I finally feel like I can breathe, like I can finally serve the world the way I was meant to. I can finally live. Thank you to everyone who follows me and supports me, your kindness in the comments have been really uplifting as well. Love and Joy to you all. Now start moving with us :)
