## Caption

September 1st is not a finish line — it’s just the moment everything becomes visible. 👀⏱️ Coaches still recruit after Sept 1st, they just pay attention to different things now: who keeps improving 📈 who keeps communicating 📬 and who stays ready when their window opens. The athletes who don’t panic — but keep building — are the ones who get picked up later.

Late ≠ Done. Late = Later.
