🥗 Biefstuk pastasalade, mijn go-to werk lunch

Biefstuk + pasta kook ik de avond van tevoren en zet ik in de koelkast. Groentes & feta kan je ook al in de avond snijden.
’s Ochtends doe ik alles in mijn meeneembak & de dressing los in een bakje.
Op werk de dressing erover > zo blijft het het lekkerst

Ingrediënten (2 porties):
	•	250 g biefstuk
	•	200 g gekookte pasta
	•	150 g gemengde sla
	•	Handje cherrytomaatjes
	•	½ komkommer
	•	100 g feta
	•	1 avocado

Dressing:
2 el balsamico • 2 tl honing • 2 el citroensap 
+ peper & zout
