A gym in my opinion is where you do some hard work! Temple Gym, was a proper, old-school bodybuilding gym. It was a ‘spit and sawdust’ gym, if you didn’t like it, then you didn’t train there, simple as. You could sweat, spit and scream… whatever you had to do… as long as you cleaned up and put your weights back after. It wasn’t fancy - anyone who’s been knows what it was like and what to expect.
