Man, life will really have you thinking about giving up on everything. But the truth is, if you never go through anything, you’ll never have a story strong enough to help someone else grow.

Locked in and closing in on 10 miles a day! I started at 208 lbs back in January, not even sure how I got there, but now I’m back at 188. Pushing to hit my normal weight of 178–180 and staying consistent.
