👋 Meet Marwiyatul, a 29-year-old farmer from Indonesia. She has been actively helping her parents manage their oil palm farm, while working as a primary school teacher.

She joined Nestlé’s Women Smallholders Program, which has helped her implement regenerative agriculture practices, improve farm management and financial planning. She now earns more money from the family farm than from her teaching position.

#NestléNeedsYOUth is an initiative to help young people gain access to economic opportunities through employment and employability, agripreneurship, and entrepreneurship.
