Located in Bessemer, Alabama Performance is driven by their mission of “Commitment to Excellence: desire fuels motivation, but it is determination and an unrelenting pursuit of your goal that leads to success.” That mindset lives in everything they do from Performance Youth Academy (grades 3-6), to Birmingham Elite (grades 7-10), to the AP National Program (grades 7-12), and Performance Beach, this club is built to grow with every athlete, every step of the way.
