Strawberry Syrup⁣
Strawberry Syrup (makes 1 cup, for 4 drinks)⁣
1 cup strawberries⁣
1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener ⁣
⁣
Matcha latte⁣
1 tb ceremonial grade matcha ⁣
1/3 cup hot water⁣
3/4 cup milk of choice (I used cashew milk)⁣
⁣
First, make the strawberry syrup. Add strawberries and sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, just mash the strawberries very well so you can drink through a straw! Next, make the matcha. Add matcha to a bowl along with hot water. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and there are no clumps. Finally, get out a glass. Add strawberry syrup to the bottom, lots if ice, the cashew milk, and then the matcha last. Add more ice if desired. Stir and enjoy!⁣
