Like this VIRAL CARROT RIBBON SALAD!! 🥕 It’s fun to eat your skincare and two, I’m pretty sure we all have carrots sitting in our fridge that need to be used! Idk who started this trend (lmk!) but I love it. You can add anything you want to it, but I kept mine simple. 

6 carrots, shaved
1 tb sesame oil
2 tb rice vinegar
2 tb low sodium soy sauce or tamari
2 tb honey
2 tb fresh lime juice
2 tb chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds

Using a peeler, peel carrots into ribbons and add to a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over carrots and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley/cilantro and sesame seeds. Enjoy! #carrotsalad #viralrecipes
