Makes 8 servings⁣
4 cups watermelon, juice (6 cups cubed watermelon)⁣
1/2 cup coconut water⁣
1/4 cup liquid collagen (optional but highly recommended)⁣
1 lime⁣
Pinch sea salt🤏 ⁣

Blend watermelon, coconut water, collagen (if using), lime and salt in a high speed blender. Strain and transfer to a jar. Shake, cover and store in the fridge for up to one week. ⁣
