This whole dubai chocolate trend has gotten out of control, but as a first time trier of this combo, now I see why!!! 😋 Pistachios mixed with crispy phyllo and covered in chocolate, it’s the perfect sweet treat. But now, I present to you, the protein creami edition! ⁣

Creami Base⁣
1 can lite coconut milk⁣
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice ⁣
2 tb maple syrup⁣
1/4 cup pistachio butter or spread (I used @eatpistakio)⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
1/2 tsp almond extract ⁣
1/3 cup raw unsalted pistachios (@wonderfulpistachios)⁣
Pinch sea salt⁣
⁣
Crispy Phyllo⁣
1 tb butter⁣
1 cup kataifi (crispy phyllo)⁣
2 tb pistachio butter or spread⁣
⁣
Chocolate topping⁣
3/4 cup chocolate chips⁣
1 tb coconut oil⁣
⁣
Add the coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, pistachio butter, vanilla & almond extract and pistachios to a blender. Blend until smooth, then transfer to the ninja container. Cover and freeze overnight. Make the phyllo mixture. Melt butter in a pan. Toast the phyllo and once golden brown, add the pistachio spread. Coat well then remove from heat. Next, melt the chocolate. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small glass container. Melt in the microwave 2-3 30-second increments. Stir until smooth and set aside. Finally, when the ice cream has frozen, remove the container from the freezer and pop it into the ninja machine. Choose ice cream setting. Scoop ice cream into a dish, along with the crispy phyllo/pistachio mixture. Top with melted chocolate, garnish with crushed pistachios and ENJOY!⁣
