Ingredients
11/2 cups berries of choice (I used strawberries and raspberries)
1 lemon, juiced
1/3 cup honey
3 tb liquid collagen (optional)
3/4 cup water
2 tsp agar agar

Blend berries, honey, collagen (if using), and water until completely smooth. Transfer to a pot. Add agar agar and whisk. Bring to a boil, whisking the entire time, then whisk for another two minutes. Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a mold. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set.
