Let’s make the VIRAL TRADER JOE’S FLATBREAD PIZZA and then be sure to follow @kalejunkie for more fun ideas, okay? :) To know me is to know I love trying all of the new trends and then sharing my honest opinion—some of them are a 0/10 and then some of them really exceed my expectations. This one? I could not WAIT to make it—anything with that Trader Joe’s garlic spread has me weak in the knees. Now, I did spend $34 for all the ingredients, which makes it one heck of a spendy Trader Joe’s meal. And it would have cost around $37 if I bought their hot honey and added that it on top at the very end, but I think their hot honey tastes like cough syrup so that was a hard pass. The verdict? IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! And to be fair, this made two huge pizzas and I have some ingredients leftover so it wouldn’t be that expensive if I made it again. Would you try it? ⁣

Flatbread Pizza Crusts (they come 2 in a package, in the bread section)⁣
Garlic Spread ⁣
Pesto Rosso⁣
Fresh Mozzarella (1 ball)⁣
Marinated Mini Mozzarella ⁣
Pepperoni⁣
Sun-Dried Tomatoes⁣
Arugula⁣
Balsamic Glaze⁣
Hot Honey (I did not use for reason mentioned above lol)⁣

Preheat oven to 400F. Add the flatbreads to a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread generously with garlic spread, pesto rosso, mozzarella, mini mozzarella balls, pepperoni and sun dried tomatoes. Bake for 8 minutes. Top with arugula tossed in oil from the mini mozzarella balls. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and hot honey, if using. Slice and enjoy!
