Summer Fruit Salad with Cinnamon Sugar Chips (Buñuelos)⁣
Makes 8 servings⁣
3 cups strawberries, chopped⁣
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped⁣
1 green apple, chopped⁣
2 kiwis, chopped⁣
1 cup raspberries, chopped⁣
3 tb @manukahealthsystem Mānuka Health Daily MGO 400+ ⁣
1/2 lemon, juiced ⁣
Pinch flaky salt⁣
⁣
6 tortillas⁣
2 tb cinnamon⁣
2 tb coconut sugar⁣
⁣
Finely chop all of the fruit and add it to a large bowl. Drizzle with mānuka honey. Squeeze the lemon and add a pinch of flaky salt. Toss to coat well. ⁣

To make the cinnamon chips, preheat oven to 350F. Cut tortillas into triangles, in the shape of chips. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spray very lightly with oil spray. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top of the triangles. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the chips are crunchy. Remove from the oven and let cool. Dip in the salsa and enjoy!⁣
