I packed a separate box for the boys (much more fun than mine, which you can see on stories). What I packed, for protein, fiber, and fats—I also have crackers in my backpack to round it all out with more carbs.

• @chomps grass-fed meat sticks
• parmesan cheese blocks (7g protein each)
• @unreal.snacks almond butter cups & bars, because chocolate is always the answer 🍫
