Mango Arnold Palmer⁣
3/4 cup ripe mango, cubed⁣
2 tb simple syrup (if your mango isn’t too ripe)⁣
1/2 lemon, juiced ⁣
1/2 cup iced tea⁣
2.5oz empress1908gin Indigo Gin⁣
⁣
In a cocktail glass, muddle the mango until a puree forms, then add the simple syrup (if using) and lemon juice. Transfer to your glass of choice. Add ice cubes. Pour ice tea next, followed by the gin. Stir with a wide straw and enjoy!⁣
