My Morning Glow Up Tonic, with a little extra glow 💫 I am going on over 5 years of drinking this magic concoction first thing in the morning; it helps with digestion, glowing skin and energy, and it’s easy to batch prep for the week. ⁣

When I want a little EXTRA glow, instead of using regular honey, I use the very special Mānuka Honey Single Origin Rimunui from @manukahealthsystem. Batch Glow Up Morning Tonic⁣
Makes 5 tonics⁣
⁣
INGREDIENTS⁣
3 3/4 cups coconut water⁣
1/2 cup water⁣
1/2 cup liquid collagen (optional but highly recommend)⁣
3 lemons, juiced⁣
1/4 cup + 1 tb @manukahealthsystem Mānuka Honey Single Origin Rimunui⁣
1 tb ground turmeric⁣
3 tsp ground ginger⁣
1 tsp ground black pepper⁣
⁣
INSTRUCTIONS⁣
Place all of the ingredients in a large jar that has a lid. Shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds, so that the honey dissolves. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When ready to enjoy, shake the bottle well so the honey dissolves again and pour into a glass and enjoy! ⁣
