@kalejunkie // FLYING DUTCHMAN (Jumbo Style) 🍔 I have been wanting to try the viral In-n-Out Flying Dutchman, which, if you don’t know, is a special In-n-Out menu item that uses grilled onions in place of the bread bun. I made the secret sauce using greek yogurt instead of mayo bc I’m just not a mayo gal and I eat the food I make :) My Flying Dutchman turned out gigantic, simply because I underestimated the size of my burger patties—one would have definitely been enough, but this was absolutely delicious nonetheless and you should give it a go, especially if you are an onion lover. If you aren’t? EAT THE BREAD!⁣

Makes 4 Flying Dutchmen⁣
Sauce⁣
3/4 cup greek yogurt (or mayo)⁣
1/4 cup ketchup⁣
2 tb yellow mustard⁣
3 tb sweet relish⁣
2 tb red wine vinegar⁣
1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣
1/2 tsp black pepper⁣
⁣
2 large white onions, you need 4, 3/4 inch rounds from each onion⁣
4 beef burger patties⁣
4 slices cheddar cheese⁣
