Come spend the day with me and @illy_coffee & @illy_us at @theworlds50best! ☕️ If you’ve never heard of The World’s 50 Best, it is one of the most important culinary events at international level. This year, illy appointed Canadian chef Jessica Rosval as its new chef ambassador! Jessica works in Italy with Massimo Bottura, a 3-star Michelin chef. She is also one of two winners of the Champions of Change 2024 award from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants with Roots in Modena, a project illy has been alongside since its opening! The morning started with a wonderful brunch at the Wynn hotel, where guests got to sip on their illy beverage of choice, sample a few bites and mingle. From there, I had some down time and got myself ready for the cocktail reception, which was a foodie paradise, and we walked over to the theatre to watch The World’s 50 Best awards ceremony.
