@kalejunkie // BIG BATCH QUICK MARINATED ONIONS 🧅 I am obsessed lately with making my own marinated onions and keeping them on the counter and adding them to almost every dish for a huge flavor upgrade. I love them so much, sometimes I pass through the kitchen and just eat a big scoop from the jar! You can keep these on the counter at room temp for up to 4 days, though I guarantee they won’t last that long. You can store in the refrigerator, but note, the oil will solidify, so you will need to bring to room temp to use!⁣
