@kalejunkie BAKED DILL PICKLE RANCH PRETZELS 🥨 🥒 your new favorite snack! These are perfect for kids and adults and a fantastic party snack! Have them out in a big bowl when you have guests over and you won’t believe how fast they disappear. When the boys were in Tahoe this winter, they came home with a store bought version they found at a local store and they were SO GOOD, I couldn’t stop eating them, so I had to recreate. You can make these gluten-free by using gf pretzels and you can make this vegan by swapping the butter for vegan butter or avocado oil.⁣

16 oz pretzels of choice⁣
2 pickles⁣
4 tb pickle juice⁣
2 (1oz) packets ranch seasoning of choice (I used Trader Joe’s), or 1/4 cup⁣
1 tb dried dill⁣
1/4 cup melted butter or avocado oil⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small blender, add pickles and seasonings and blend until smooth. It will appear somewhat chunky and that’s ok! Place pretzels in a large bowl and transfer the contents from the blender to the pretzels and toss to coat well. You can use your hands to coat well. Next, transfer the pretzels to a baking sheet. It’s ok if some of them overlap on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes and then give the tray a shake at the 10 min mark so they cook evenly. Remove from oven and let come to room temperature and enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature and ENJOY!⁣
