INGREDIENTS:⁣
1/2 cup white miso⁣
1/4 cup avocado oil⁣
1/2 cup grated carrots, packed (though I always add more!)⁣
2 tb grated ginger⁣
2 tb rice vinegar⁣
2 tb toasted sesame oil⁣
2 tsp maple syrup or honey⁣
1/4 cup water⁣
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper⁣
3 tb sesame seeds (optional)⁣
⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣
Blend all ingredients except the sesame seeds in a blender until desired consistency is reached. I like mine super smooth, but feel free to leave some texture. Taste and adjust as needed. Stir in sesame seeds, if using. Transfer to a jar, cover and store in the fridge for 1 week. ENJOY!⁣
