Follow @kalejunkie for more fun recipes! 1-MINUTE BLENDER LEMONADE (with beauty benefits 😏). You don’t need to sit there squeezing lemons to make delicious lemonade. In fact you just need ONE lemon and a blender. For those asking whether this will be bitter, the answer is no, not really! But it IS very flavorful. And of course by now you guys know that I am obsessed with my liquid collagen bc it is literally transformed my skin (plumpness, volume and helped w wrinkles), not to mention hair growth and joint support over the last 1.5 years — but it’s optional!⁣

Here’s how to make ONE lemonade⁣
1 lemon, washed and cleaned well (I am using @wonderfulseedlesslemons bc no seeds)⁣
2-3 tb monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)⁣
2 tb liquid collagen (optional)⁣
4 ice cubes⁣
2 cups very cold water⁣
⁣
Quarter lemons and remove the seeds. Add to the blender with the monk fruit, collagen (if using), ice cubes and water. Blend on high for a full minute until the mixture is frothy. Pour over ice and enjoy!!!⁣
